Day-of Coordination Package
The Day-of Coordination Package begins three months from your big day. This service benefits couples who have planned their entire wedding and need assistance on the day of the wedding to coordinate all the details so they can enjoy their day stress-free. What’s included?
+ Two 1:1 meetings to discuss details (up to 2 hours each)
+ Available via text, email or phone leading up to the wedding
+ Access to our Vendor Recommendation List
+ A detailed wedding day timeline
+ A detailed production timeline for wedding party & vendors
+ Manage vendor communication (confirm delivery/ set up/pick up times etc.)
+ Final venue walk through
+ Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours)
+ On-site vendor point-of-contact
+ Additional assistants available (# dependent on guest count)
+ Guest management & family support
+ Coordinate final payments to vendors (if requested by client)
+ Attending, overseeing and directing ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)
This package starts at $2,150 — travel fees may apply.
