About the Founder
Laura Gonzalez
Founded in 2020, Beyond the Sun Events was inspired by Laura Gonzalez’s love for wedding planning. With a diverse background in nonprofit, corporate, and sports event coordination, Laura began working with a local wedding planner in 2016. She quickly discovered her passion for helping family and friends create unforgettable celebrations, particularly weddings. After a brief break from 2021 to 2024, Laura is excited to return to what she loves—providing expert wedding day coordination and helping couples bring their dream day to life.

It all depends on who you hire, for me I word with couples three months ahead of their wedding. So if you book me 12 months before your wedding date we wouldn’t work together until three months before your wedding.
